Refund Policy

Any refund claim by the customer will be taken on case to case basis. BeeTruk on confirmation of payment from the customer, transfers desired amount in account of supply partner.

After making the advance payment by customer if Truck is not moved from loading point customer can request for refund, the customer would like BEETRUCK to refund needs to be requested via e-mail through registered e-mail address. Upon verifying details and customers request, BEETRUCK shall make necessary arrangements to issue check or NEFT within 48-72 working hrs.

If any Trip cancellation IN-TRANSIT Any refund claim by the customer will be taken on case to case basis.
