7. Personnel: refers to those individuals who are employed by BEETRUK or are under contract to perform a service on behalf of one of the parties.

9. Service: refers to the service provided by BEETRUK as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
10. Third party service: refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.

12. You: a person or entity that is registered with BEETRUK to use the Services.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you visit our app, register on our site,

1. Name and job title [this can be changed.  If you tell me for what I can give alternatives].
2. Contact information including email address.
3. Personal information such as complete address with pin code, Aadhar, Pan, mobile number, login name, preferences, and interests.
4. For using our services we will be requiring your KYC as that only will enable to process your requests, billing etc. For using our services, we need to collect and store information about our customer to process your requests, automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information, invoices, etc.
5. Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.
6. App install, uninstall and other installed apps information.
7. Customer who wants to sign for our Services as a Driver Partner, we need to get location details, profile picture, copies of government identification documents and other details (KYC), vehicle related documents such as insurance, pollution certificate, bank account details, utility bills, registration certificate, driving license, etc. and such other documents which evidence the health or fitness of the vehicle to provide Services on the BeeTruk Apps, call and SMS details which may be shared with our customer while providing the Services.
8. We will be doing back ground check and identity verification of the Driver Partner. This will include information such as driver history or criminal record (where permitted by law), and right to work. This information may be collected by an authorized vendor on the Company’s behalf. If everything is good then only we will be processing for on boarding
9. In case you sign up as a Driver Partner, enable features that require BeeTruk’s access to other applications on your device aiming to prevent frauds towards the customers. In case if the Driver Partner wishes to participate in the referral program, the contact list stored in the phone will be accessed by us post the Driver Partner consents to share such selected mobile number. We hereby confirm that we will not share your personal details to anyone other than to our clients do not intend to share such selected mobile numbers with any third party.
10. You may request when you would like to review the information you have provided and BeeTruk shall ensure that any personal information or sensitive personal data or information found to be inaccurate or deficient shall be corrected or amended as feasible. If you need to change information at a later date, same can be done by providing us proper documentary evidences.
11. BeeTruk shall not retain sensitive personal data or information for longer than is required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used.

How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

1. Allow you to use Services on the BeeTruk Apps and to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts between you and us.
2. Allow you to undertake or initiate any transactions on the BeeTruk Apps.
3. To inform your usage of the BeeTruk Apps and to manage your account with BeeTruk Apps.
4. To process the payments of your transactions which are due to you by the BeeTruk Apps and to perform ancillary Services.
5. To respond to your comments. reviews and questions, in order to provide customer support and better Services
6. To communicate important notices and changes to the Services provided on the BeeTruk Apps.
7. To track the order status, processing, and delivery of Services as per your applicability.
8. For any other purposes with your consent.
9. We may periodically send promotional emails, SMS’s and make voice calls about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address and mobile number which you have provided.
10. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, SMS, voice, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.

When does BEETRUK  use end user information from third parties?

BEETRUK will collect End User Data necessary for the purpose to provide the BEETRUK services to our customers.

When does BEETRUK use customer information from third parties?

We receive some information from the third parties when you contact us. For example, when you submit your email address to us to show interest in becoming a BEETRUK customer, we receive information from a third party that provides automated fraud detection services to BEETRUK. We also occasionally collect information that is made publicly available on social media websites. You can control how much of your information social media websites make public by visiting these websites and changing your privacy settings.

Do we share the information we collect with third parties?

We may share the information that we collect, both personal and non-personal, with third parties such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you. We may also share it with our current and future affiliated companies and business partners, and if we are involved in a merger, asset sale or other business reorganization, we may also share or transfer your personal and non-personal information to our successors-in-interest.

We may engage trusted third party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and the app, database storage and management, e-mail management, storage marketing, credit/debit card and e-wallet processing, customer service and fulfilling orders for products and services you may purchase through the app. We will likely share your personal information, and possibly some non-personal information, with these third parties to enable them to perform these services for us and for you.

How Do We Use Your Email Address?

By submitting your email address on this app, you agree to receive emails from us. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by contacting us. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them, either directly, or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails. By submitting your email address, you agree to allow us to use your email address for customer audience targeting on sites like Facebook. Email addresses submitted only through the order processing page will be used for the sole purpose of sending you information and updates pertaining to your order. If, however, you have provided the same email to us through another method, we may use it for any of the purposes stated in this Policy.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide BEETRUK’s service to you and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This is also the case for anyone that we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we remove your all IDs from the system and then your identities not visible in portal.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (e.g. credit cards, Debit cards, UPI, identity numbers, etc.) is never kept on file. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to BEETRUK or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

Is the information collected through the BEETRUK secure?

We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. In addition, people can commit intentional crimes, make mistakes or fail to follow policies. Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If applicable law imposes any non-disclaimable duty to protect your personal information, you agree that intentional misconduct will be the standards used to measure our compliance with that duty.

Can I update or correct my information?

BEETRUK uses "Cookies" to identify the areas of our website that you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use Cookies to enhance the performance and functionality of our app but are non-essential to their use. Facebook Pixel

Facebook pixel is an analytics tool that allows us to measure the effectiveness of Our advertising by understanding the actions people take on Our Website. The aim to use the pixel is to make sure Our ads are shown to the right people. Facebook pixel may collect information from your device when you use the Service. Facebook pixel collects information that is held in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Individual Data Subject's Rights - Data Access, Portability and Deletion

We are committed to helping our customers meet the data subject rights requirements of GDPR. BEETRUK processes or stores all personal data in fully vetted, DPA compliant vendors. We do store all conversation and personal data for up to 7 years unless your account is deleted. In which case, we dispose of all data in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we will not hold it longer than 7 years.

We've been set up as self service from the start and have always given you access to your data and your customers data. Our customer support team is here for you to answer any questions you might have about working with the API.

Changes To Our Privacy Policy

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies.
