Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Customer:

Shipper (Customer) can cancel the Truck any time through mobile app or Web, For Shipper (Customer) all cancellations made after Truck reached to Loading Point or after the trip started in between BEETRUCK will incur a cancellation fee of INR1000/- (Indian Rupees Thousand only) Figures are subject to change. If any Toll & Permit Charges need to pay extra.

Cancellation Policy Driver/Truck Owner:

After accepting the order by customer & Customer could not accomplish their service, Driver / Truck owner could not send truck or could not honour request, Driver/Truck owner could inform BEETRUCK Customer case for cancellation within 15 minutes of confirmation. If not informed to customer care Rs.500/- will be charged to driver/Truck owner for reassigning of another Truck.

BEETRUCK has a right to block Driver or Truck Owner if they do not honour commitment for 3 Trip as per BEETRUCK policy.
